What this publication collects, and what it does not
Operator account data sits on the live product after login. This desk does not store KYC files.
Scope
The editorial site may log technical requests and care-form messages you send to /contact/.
Affiliate clicks go to the first-party route. This desk does not publish the upstream host in copy.
Do not send identity images through the care form.
Editorial collection versus operator collection
This publication may receive technical logs (IP, user agent, path) from ordinary web serving, and the fields you type into /contact/. It does not want identity photos, card numbers or OTPs. If you send them anyway, treat that as an accident and do not repeat it.
The live jackpot777 product, after the disclosed route, is a different collector. Its privacy text, if any, governs the wallet. This note cannot rewrite that text.
Affiliate clicks to /Login/playnow are sponsored navigations. This desk does not publish the next host in copy.
Cookies may be used for basic hosting or the care widget. This site does not describe a marketing pixel it has not documented.
What we will not do with a care message
We will not ask you to re-send a passport 'to verify the ticket'. We will not call a number you did not place in the form. We will not tell you we are the operator.
If a reply ever asks for those things, assume the inbox is being abused and stop.
Keep your own copy of what you sent. Inboxes fail.
Do not use the care form to store a password you forgot. There is no password store here.
Children and shared devices
This magazine is for adults. If a child can open it, the sticky PLAY NOW button is still a risk. Use device-level controls.
Shared browsers save what adults type on lookalikes. Delete those saves. See the login note.
If you want a record removed from this publication, describe the URL and date via /contact/. Operator records must be asked of the operator, if a control exists.
Laws differ. This note is a description of this desk, not a global privacy code.
Retention we can actually describe
Server logs last as long as the host keeps them. This desk does not publish a day count it cannot see. Care messages last until they are handled or the inbox is purged by hosting policy.
If you want a care message removed, ask via a new care message naming the date. We may not be able to erase server-level backups we do not control.
Operator retention is their policy, not ours.
A field-by-field picture of the care form
Name and a contact channel exist so a reply can find you. Message text exists so a defect can be understood. Nothing else should go in those boxes.
Do not paste a full identity number. Do not paste a one-time password. Do not paste a card PAN. If you need to describe a hold, describe the date and the blank reason, not the instrument.
Hosting may keep access logs that show IP addresses and requested paths. This desk cannot honestly print a purge calendar it does not administer. Ask the host if you need that calendar.
The contact widget script is loaded on public pages so adults can reach the inbox. It should not block reading if it fails. If it fails, use /contact/ directly.
We do not sell care-form contents as a marketing list. We also do not promise a legal privilege over those contents. Write as if a court could later read them.
Affiliate navigation is a click on this domain. Whatever the next host stores is that host's collection, not ours, and not described here.
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a named privacy officer, this publication has not appointed one it can print. That gap is stated rather than filled with a fictional title.
Children should not use the care form. If we notice a message that is clearly from a minor about playing, we will not help them sit. We will point at the 18+ floor.
